Garage with adjoining workshop/storage shed. The workshop will run down the side of the double garage and will either be a custom shed type arrangement, or will be fully bricked in and roofed over.

The main reasons for closing it in is that currently my car is exposed to direct sunlight/rain/hail etc through the side for the majority of the day, the existing 3x3m shed is no-where near big enough and I believe an enclosed garage adds value to the property too.
