I feel for you Mitch as I look like I am going through V4 of a long running battle ... However, this isn't the shit me thread.
Things that make me happy, my son did a joint training session at Burke's house of pain and suffering. Previous to the session he commented that the worse thing that could happen is being outdone by his "old man".
20 minutes in a younger man had to excuse himself to visit the porcelain bowl. The "old man" kept going
Not bad for a boozing, smoking, fat bastard.
Regardless, I'm sure it won't be happening in later sessions and kudos to the spring chicken ... Bwahahahahaha
