91000 kms is very low for a 10 year old car. could be a very well looked after car, and the prev owner may have been responsible enough to get the timing belt done early, due to the age of the car. By the book the interval is 100k kms or 4 years (for my 2004 anyway), though I doubt many people would do it then, but maybe at 6-8 years it wouldn't be a bad idea. The point is to look at the history of the car - it may have been done.

On the other hand low kms could mean the car has been parked for 5 years. Up to you to check it out.
