Either boost is wrong or dyno is very gernerous
Seems a little high for such low boost, 191KW seems about right for mods however so I am going with incorrect boost.
VF34/35's can be had for a great price but you can always invest in a second hand TD05 16G/18G for about the same price. However most are not Ball Bearing but you can always find a good one if you look long/hard enough.
