Had a user hook up an extra monitor and then send a message asking for it to be "setup". I missed this request and 2 days later got a message saying that nobody had setup the monitor for her and she really needs to use it.

Had one of my guys ring her and show her how to move the window from one screen to the other....it was already working. The phone call lasted 10 minutes because she couldn't figure out to restore the window before dragging it over.
