I agree with drewgong, I had a brant in my old MY02 WRX, it has a minor issue (dry solder joints) once that was rectified, was very reliable.

Anyway, rada, the 07 Liberty didn't have a brant system in it (at least mine didn't) I never had an issue with the security system it did have.
Mind you, in the scheme of things, I didn't own it that long, there are a few guys on here that have had theirs for quite a while, I am sure they can give a better opinion.
