Possibly need a new clutch depending on the condition of yours. Seems like it hadn't been driven much though (depending how hard it was driven for those 17,000 kms ) so you will be fine!

My 5 speed is still going strong after 147,000 kms. And it has all the above plus more for the last 2 years.
