If you check the edited date on the
"Changes to FORSALE Rules" it was edited/updated

Where as the "
Classified Rules: YOU MUST READ THESE PRIOR TO POSTING!!" thread which has the main rules which states the full list of rules was edited/updated
by Kato; 21-12-2011 at 09:53 AM.
So in fact the original thread is up to date and has current rules that are correct and easy to follow.
