ok its not DCCD knocking, I know what that is and its not that....it's the whole car jerking due to this, like its skipping and shakes the whole body of the car front to back more like bouncing the suspension

With stock struts in my 05 I never got any DCCD knocking in auto. Even in lock the knocking is at the centre diff not individual wheels
