Research all advice given to you (unless it is from me, because I'm always right).

If it is a street car, I would avoid cheap ass coil overs and HC+ pads. HC+ needs some heat in them to stop them squealing. Get a good street pad.

If possible try and get a ride in a car with the coil overs / springs you are considering before buying. There is nothing worse than spending a heap of money only to find you have a stiff and uncomfortable ride. Personally for street, I'd be looking at lowering springs rather than coil overs.
