If you read correctly Mitch, I said to seek Legal assistance further should the dealer (& or Subaru) continue to play the run round game & go into the out of warranty period. Contacting Department of Commerce will give them advice also as stated.
If It's a warranty problem with the manufacturer, why should the person cough up the funds to have another workshop fix the problem in the warranty period? Still out of pocket either way.
