You adjusted cam gears as per tuner !?

Who was the tuner ?

By what you said, you never dialed the cams in correctly....that is done with a degree wheel on the crank and a valve position reference(dial gauge in cam bucket).

... so it sounds like you fucked something up during you belt change so check all that.

What adjustments were you told to make on the cam wheels ? Who tuned it ? I am intrigued !
