how to dial in the cams? Are there any guides? and why would this cause it to run wrong now? did we do something wrong by taking the timing belt off?

I want to fix this this, and yes its never been done. (kind of freaking out now..)

forget dyno sheets, max hp is @ 6000rpm with a very aggressive vertical ish power delivery.
