MadDocker: Thank you for the suggestion.

First of all I have not heard from Taylor regarding this problem until I saw his post on PWRX which I responded by telling him to contact the project Mu Distributor whose name is written on the box of the pads I sold him.

Further to that, Racer Industries is your Australian distributor and not manufacturer.

Also, I am happy to get a written statement via cc or email to the supplier regarding the pads.

They've said they didn't manufacturer the pads. If you dispute this, why don't you give some substance to your claim and satisfy/reassure your customer? Shouldn't be hard to prove if they are in fact legitimate.
