Well when one stiffens the front of the car compared to the rear it reduces oversteer and increases understeer. Now I have no idea how your car currently handles but it is a wrx/Sti and they inherently understeer from factory so stiffening the front compared to the rear will likely end in even worse understeer.
But I'm no expert, more intelligent members feel free to chime in.
I had 6kg front and 8kg rear spring rates with 22mm sway bars front and 24mm rear and was pretty neutral in the corners unless I drove like a twat ( which I do )
Go speak to John Fowler or someone at Wilkinsons I think it's called and they'll sort you out for good rubber and suspension setup.
