Default Ayrton Senna's Greatest Moment - 20 Years on...

So it has been 20 years today since we lost Ayrton Senna and the racing world was shaken to its core.

In my mind he is still the greatest driver in modern F1 history.

I like to believe that if Ayrton hadnt been so tragically taken away from the world, that Michael Schumacher,
whilst still an outstanding driver probably wouldnt have been quite as successful as he is today.

If you havent seen the Senna movie, do so. The in car footage of him driving is just spectacular, nothing like
the F1 cars of today. So much more visceral and unpredictable, with a lot more power. His reactions and level
of control are astounding. PURE RAW SKILL.

Let us not also forget the tragic loss of Roland Ratzenburger that same weekend, that itself had shaken Ayrton,
and it was reported that Ayrton had stashed an Austrian flag in his cockpit to order to it fly it as he crossed
the finish line that day.

Sadly it has also been now 11 years since we lost one of the true gentlemen of rallying, Possum Bourne.

May you all rest in peace. We wish you were all still with us.

A lot of sites are doing polls of Aryton's greatest moments, so I thought why not us too...

*I would post youtube links for each of the 10 moments listed, but cant access youtube at work.
