FINALLY!!! FOUND THE CAUSE OF THIS @$!^#*=7€ ISSUE!!!
They installed the wrong type of shim!
See pictures with new shim on and old shim vs new shim side by side, huge size difference.
Now Im really pissed off, this work was done by a reputable workshop (you should know who, its in the first post) and due to this fuck up, since January, I've ended up with two fucked rotors plus the resulting expenses! They'll be hearing from me.
The new proper shims were bought direct from Pmu Australia in QLD.
The old shims are Pmu too but for the wrong pad type by the workshop...
Time to go get a refund and some towards my expenses.
