Anyone know how to set the power FC and has a manual step by step?

I saw a manual to Power FC (FC-Commander Instruction Manual) uploaded in this same forum, but I have many doubt.

For example, in the values to ignition timing, how I know the value to put on "after ignition timing change"? or how I can know which is the correct value to put there?.
