Hey mate, i got one on ebay from eastern states for $16. i will see how it goes and let you know
apparently if you already have crappy signal then they dont fix it, they just increase the noise making it worse.
however have you mucked around with the amplifier in the boot? its attached to the top of the boot near the boot light, looks like a black box with holes in it and a red/black cable coming off it? i originally thought it was bad signal, but the box i had was not even plugged in (tested with a multimeter) just a bit of a starting point atleast
