Come on man, what FOFA set out to achieve was essentially quashed based on the general argument that the majority of clients would not pay the missed commission revenue in consultancy fees.

If FOFA achieved anything it was that pro-formas/PDS' became more pre-stacked with 'for lack of a better term', exclusion clauses.
