Give it full noise. Ideally you want to put it under some load though. I.e put some people in it and go up greenmount hill a few times. Doesnt need to be fast. Just work throguh some gears without keeping the revs steady.

The worst thing you can do in my opinion is sit on the freeway at 105kph in 6th gear. The engine isnt working at all.
