My family say it generally means 'fuck it'. Most 'real' Hungarians would use it at the end of every second sentence.
For example: Did you see the fucken camel toe on that whore, fuck it?!
Kind of like how hard core Aussies will throw in 'cuuunt'! At the end of their sentences.
Edit - You are correct too howlfactor. Just been schooled by the missus, it can mean many things depending on context. I'm just used to how my family and friends use it.
