30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes of on and off kickboxing. ....then decided to watch some instructional videos to get the right techniques. ....continue boxing, then take the 25kg bag off the stand and do squats while holding it and follow that up with weights, push ups and sit ups.
A month ago I would have been buggered after 20 minutes on the treadmill! Now I'm doing more, getting further and seeing results
