We had a slow combustion fire installed on top of it. Moved furniture on it with no scratches or scuffs to be seen.

No grout gaps, and each plank is about 1m long and 150mm wide. Easy to replace if one is damaged.

We also had a 2m diameter 16 point star with 4 different timber looks, laser cut, in the entry, something you couldn't do in tiles.

We did look at what was available in timber look floor tiles for our new home. After having tiles in the passages of our old home, the vinal planks were more realistic, harder wearing thinner, cheaper and easier to fit, many more options for looks, no grout gaps.

We also had a games room that had vinal look timber parketry floor, and it looked very 80s and cheap in the old house. This new stuff should cost just below ceramics, its that good.

And yes it does have a textured feel that tiles have and lino doesn't.

I sell these (LVT Planks & Tile) but not ceramics.
