I have an ironman one fitted to my 4wd.
It turns night to day with it's intensity, it's insane.

They come with a few spread and a few longer range beams, but as others have noted, it certainly doesn't compare in range to a decent spot lamp.
Very good bang for buck if you can get a good price.
My mate works for the ironman distributor and I got mine for $100 because it was a factory second with a couple of the led lights buggered (3 out of 18)

At the end of the day, you usually get what you pay for with product quality and warranty/support.
