Whilst I am not 100% sure, IF you have been charged with reckless then your car will be able to be seized under WA legislation.
If a member of the Police Force reasonably suspects that, while driving a vehicle, the driver has committed an impounding offense (driving), the member
must, unless in the circumstances it is impracticable to do so, impound the vehicle within a period of 28 days after the day of the offense.
If it's not seized roadside then a surrender notice will be issued for the car. And, it's an offense to sell a vehicle that is subject to a surrender notice.
Probably best to familiarise yourself with
Road traffic Act 1974 and get further advise from Noble or the like before you wind up in more shit than you're already in.
