It looks like the crack is starting fro where the hat. Lots to the rotor which could be caused from the way they cool and heat up and there different expansion rates. How deep are the cracks and what pads do you run

Matt it is on both rotors and there is one that is in the middle of the rotor so not near the edge. I don't know how deep it is how do you tell? I thought that was the idea of a 2 piece disc when it comes to thermal expansion rates apart from stopping heat soak into the hub. I am using project MU HC + pads.

Like I said above isn't that one of the benefits of a 2 piece rotor to help stop that problem.
