RAC is a bit of a weird one. every time I've talked to them about modifications on my wrx they ask me to list them, which I do, then they ask me "What is the power output of the engine stock and what is it now?" and i'm like ummm...

It's clear that they're just reading from a sheet of paper because when I question them on where they want the power output measured at, flywheel or wheels, i just get confusion in response. I then asked them do they want a dyno output or something and they still can't tell me. I discussed this with the poor lady for about 5 minutes having no luck so in the end i ended up kind of making it up based on what I thought the power output might be at the flywheel. I think they need to amend their policies on minor mods.
