The gauge is indicating that it is not overheating. Might be cheap insurance to look at a separate temp gauge if concerned.

Fans come on with air con. I will try leaving it idle for longer tomorrow.

Also worth mentioning the temperature gauge in these cars is not exactly a good measure of if your car is running too hot or cold. Mine will sit at "normal" between about 70 to 100.That's why I love using the Bluetooth adapter.

I think that would work with my year. Any idea if they're sold in Perth? Sounds like a neat thing to play with anyway!
