That record seems to be only listed on the AMR website and not in any records anywhere else, it's also a 2008 STi according to them, as well as being a registered NHRA drag car...also there is no evidence of the said 175mph and 7.75seconds...
Here read on, around page 9 they claim the performance just jumped from a 10.54 at 142mph to the said 7 seconds and then its naisoc popcorn

they have video and evidence of all their runs but the said 7.75.
I read this import-tuner article a while back, I don't trust it, it's like a sales pitch for these respective houses, I trust my local tuner he's the pro here!
