Anyway here's a small update of how it happened
when i had the e85 tune sean pulled it off the dyno after a couple of 20 psi runs cause the temp was starting to climb .... suspect head gasket/ lifting heads causing the coolant system to pressurize .....
no surprise sean and nick nailed the diagnosis and the motor came out a few weeks later to find this
so as a lil bit of assurance against it happening again my arp200 studs came out and a set of 625+ fitted instead
a set of subaru genuine mLs gaskets replaced the cosmetic ones that i pulled out
and all back in and running
