Go for a exedy or xtreme heavy duty clutch mate. I'm currently using a xtreme HD clutch and its on the lighter side of clutches.. i'll be swapping to exedy next clutch change. Both great clutches ! exedy just seems to feel a little heavier IMO.

for plugs get a set of NGK platinum plugs.. little pricey but totally worth it!
