He didn't know what rpm's to use or clutch technique or even what VDC setting to use. I gave him a quick crash course while we were waiting in line. We all know it's not the place to learn launching, he did ok in that regard, yes his car should have gone quicker. Who knows maybe the engine was already on its way out.
