News flash... Vehicle registration fees do not pay for road construction. Roads are paid for by the broader taxes collected by state and federal governments. Your argument is negated.

Secondly would you rather be stuck in a traffic jam with 100 cars where you can't move, or would you rather on a road with 100 bikes where you can overtake them.
