It should hold up fine to 8k from what I've been reading about it, on 85 we'll try push the rev limit a little higher maybe 7600, depending on how it reacts on the dyno on tune day, leaving it to Sean's decision.
You're right if I put a CAI in or airbox/pod of some sort it will help a whole lot, I think I'll just wait for e85 first then decide...I really don't want to go CAI yet as the car is super loud as it is, plus I'll do it when I go aftermarket
