ive had one and it was perfectly fine. went with my old car. if this one didn't have a sub set up i'd have the same again. and said once again i preferred it. your opinion is just that. Having a dial to adjust the bass on the fly is a real bonus too. not having to press buttons and settings while driving was a real benefit. and yes it does still doof to a fair extent, and it does improve the balance/ sound quality of the setup by removing the bass from the door speakers allowing more volume with less distortion regardelss of your shallow opinion. It only distorts at near on max volume and is the only time you'd notice any difference between it and some larger more expensive setup. and being in the cabin it doesn't have to work as hard or create as much vibrations to the boot/car. The item i mentioned is clear and crisp.
