You're altering your rotational mass of your stock set up making it hard to get tires to fit with out all that shit above ^ and being safe. Also making your brakes work harder for no reason then looks and can fail if you dont keep in the 3precent rolling diameter variation.

Does a smaller side wall matter if I'm just road driving to and from work and the city? It's never driven hard or 'raced' and certainly isn't going anywhere near a track.
