Progress may be slow, but progress is progress, right?
Replaced all upper coolant ancillary hoses with genuine new ones (thanks to Shaun at City Subaru for sorting those out!), cleaned every bolt head, re-wrapped the manifold harness, swapped out all accessories from my STI manifold onto the painted WRX one, cleaned everything I could get my hands on. Not a showstopper setup but looks a lot better than it did anyway!
Next up is to finish repainting half the engine bay due to a past battery acid spill, replace the rear main seal, change out the A/C compressor and condenser (still connected in the engine bay), and then start thinking about reassembly. Fun times indeed!
May also have just sent off a 2.5L crank for re-oil phasing...
