Went and popped into the yard today to have a chat with the owner about the process involved with my claim. An assessor is coming up Monday now instead of today as my assumption was right, five cars hydro-locked from the down pour.

Said the quote came to 9k which included sending my motor to perth, rebuild through a company called "the engine exchange", a quick google search confirmed they are an RAC repairer.

Has anyone dealt with this company? Google didn't turn up much in regards to reviews etc.
