Olly Clark, son of the great Roger Clark, has extended his winning run at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in his "Gobstopper II" - a Subaru Impreza Time Attack car.
Following on from his 2015 win, Clark completed the hillclimb in 46.297secs, crossing the line at 140mph, and edging out Kenny Brack’s McLaren P1 LM!
The heavily modified (and just as equally detailed) 2 Litre flat-four in the Subaru makes 880hp and – just for fun – an extra hundred horses with some nitrous.
Third spot went to Rod Millen in a Toyota Celica Pikes Peak, with a time of 45.8 seconds.
The result means the all-time course record of 41.6 seconds survives for a 16th year, having been set by Nick Heidfeld in a McLaren Formula One car back in 1999.
