Thats bullshit. GFs mum had a half full beer can thrown at her car from a car infront. She recorded the rego, and even managed to snap a phone pic of the car in question. She notified the police, but they were unable to do anything more than send a warning to owner of the car infront, as apparently it was just her word against thiers... funny how its the other way around with the ciggarette butt thing. Maybe its some sort of scam?
