Racetorque, MMS, Tokyo's all can do flex through ecutek on your stock
ecu. If you ring around there's probably plenty more too.
As well as what you already have you will need a flex fuel sensor, the little computer chip gizmo that communicates with your
ecu, some extra fuel line and fittings, bigger injectors & e85 compatible pump.
