In the post on Thursday night was a $200 fine from the keep Australia beautiful council for littering. Apparently anyone can register and a "dob in a litterer" and no questions asked they send you a fine on this persons word or it can come from a ranger, emergency services official or government official.

Anyway the fine on further enquiries to the office was for "flicking a lit cigarette butt out the window of my car on Tonkin Hwy". This where it turns into bullshit. I dont even smoke. The problem is the onus of truth as all on me and I have to go through all the shit of writing a letter and getting a stat dec done to oppose the allegations in the infringement and hope it gets accepted. Otherwise its off to court to defend it.
