Yeah. 2.5xtr is on the big side for a 2L. I only mentioned as i have one for sale that i want to sell haha.
As for your last comment about the 8cm and 10cm comparison. Yeah its pretty spot on. Tiny increase in spool with the smaller size, but a better top end with the bigger.
Another thing that makes a signicant difference to sppol is the 3"inlet on a stock location turbo.
While on the subject, at the time i got my last ture, there was another member with a dom 2.5, but he went 8cm. My car spooled earlier with the 10cm. AND made more power. AND did it at a lower boost level. Just sayin....
