Gave it a quick clean and it is still as good as the day I painted it all.
Had an issue with car not idling normally, usually between 800 - 1200 but was actually idling between 1500 - 1900 which made my neighbours happy
so dropped into TMS who had the issue sorted within minutes and a new accessory belt threaded on in another 10 minutes. So now it idles good and doesn't squeak.
