Even if you are just dropping in a 207 short, I don't see how you can do it for $6k unless you intend on doing the labour yourself or skimping everywhere on gaskets and TB kit, filters, fluids etc... You would have to factor at least fivehundy in for some sort of tune post rebuild also.
