Little over 7 weeks ago I signed up for a long term gym membership, in the first couple of weeks alone I've been able to finally rid myself of the back and neck pain that has come and gone over the last few years.
I initially struggled with some exercises, maintaining form and finding the strength the up the weights but in the last few weeks the gains have really started to show.
Can't wait to see how things are in 3, 6 and 12 months time
