So on my drive home from work Friday I heard a slight clunking from the front suspension which progressively got worse as I drove and when I got home this is what I was presented with after I dropped the dust shielding.
Phil and Dan at TMS pointed me towards a customers car who had a set of E8 MR Bilstiens replaced with coilovers only last week. The mileage on the suspension is roughly 70,000km which is pretty much a match to what the car has done which is nice.
So tomorrow will be spent swapping aftermarket springs from old suspension to '
new' Bilstiens, cleaning the brake calipers and repaint in wheel wells while I wait for my rims to come back from the powdercoaters
