For example if you multiply my last RPM value of 6372 by a factor of 1.1. You get exactly 7009.2 RPM. which is spot on for a limiter of 7000rpm.

And if you multiply my 3600 rpm where i thought boost comes on by 1.1, then you get 3960 rpm
Which might be about right for this setup?

I think the SubaruGear calculator is set up for the average person who doesnt understand the 1.1 multiplier in the later model STi geaboxs output to the rear diff. Where as i put in what it should be after you factor in the 1.1 multiplier. Hence why all my numbers are possibly out by that factor?

Still need to GPS set the vehicle speed input to the ECU. And also calibrate its output to the gauge. And make sure everything lines up with actual GPS recorded speed.
