we, like all the garages you have spoken to have different opinions but any modifications to fuel, air or exhaust and I'd opt for a dyno session to
1/optimise the mods
2/ensure the car is working as intended
AND I would not be running it for an extended period or working it hard until this is completed. Save the cash for the dyno, do the mods the week before ��
